Number 17 on my list of "30 Things to Do Before I'm 30" is to keep a house plant alive. I've taken the first step in accomplishing this goal by purchasing some house plants. I figured since I only have to keep one alive my chances would be greater if I had more than one plant to begin with so today I purchased three plants.
Croton (in a pot made by my former foster daughter), Cyclamen (green pot), and, Kalanchoe (red and white pot)
So far so good... although they have only been in my house for a mere three hours. :)
Note: I added #27 to my list (Learn to Play Chess)... I still need two more suggestions to complete my list of 30.
